To what extent can a Christian rely on feelings?
Just as bemoaning our past cripples us in the present, so does fear of the future. The question is: Do you trust the One who holds the future, who works all things together for good to those who are called according to His purpose?

The "spiritual formation" movement has absolutely nothing to do with the Word of God. It has more in common with Roman Catholic mysticism and the New Age movement.
