Scripture and the Church

Today most Evangelicals are joining theological liberals in falling in love with "nuance".
Is the Bible your church's supreme authority, or have other things taken first place?
Why does God command His remnant to put unrepentant sinners out of the church and back into the world?
The word translated "perfect" in Colossians 1:28 literally means being complete, a finished product, lacking nothing. The idea, in context, is maturity.
Postmodern church-growth gurus and their disciples react in horror to the pattern we often find in Scripture.
Colossians 1:24 tells us that the Biblical method of preaching involves "warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom."
The second stanza of this hymn, rarely found in today's hymnals, proclaims essential, powerful truth about the deity of Jesus Christ.
The church unplugged must reconnect to its Source of power and authority.
Luke 2:14 is one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented verses in the entire Bible.
Christ's true church is an exclusive remnant founded on exclusive truth. God tells us that we dare not presume to enlarge the boundaries.
